Renew annual mobile food facilities permit and request inspection

Be sure to start the renewal application before the expiration date of your current permit. Note that it can take up to 20 business days to complete the processing of your renewal application, so plan accordingly.

MFFs operating without a valid permit will be closed and subject to enforcement action.

Annual permit fees are due prior to the permit expiration date, and payment alone does not grant the right to operate. We will issue a permit after you have paid the applicable fees and your facility passes its annual inspection.

  1. Gather the paperwork listed above and submit them by email or in-person at our office between 730am to 415pm.
  2. Pay your annual operating permit renewal fee online or in-person at our office.

3. Once your complete renewal application is reviewed, approved and fee paid, we will contact you to schedule an inspection.  If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled inspection, you may be asked to reschedule. Please be prepared to wait in the event the inspection prior to your appointment runs longer than expected. Inspections are subject to change.
