Make a payment

We offer you three ways to pay your invoice as outlined below. 
Have your invoice ready as you will need to provide your account or invoice number with your payment.

We offer secure online payment and accept these payment types with zero transaction fees:

  • Credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express.
  • Debit card
  • Electronic checks

Pay online

To make payments in person, visit our office in San Jose between 730am and 430pm, Monday to Fridays except County holidays.

When paying in person, you can pay by:

  • Check
  • Cash
  • Cashier's check

  • We only accept checks for mail-in payments. 
  • Make checks payable to County of Santa Clara.
  • Write your invoice number on the check.
  • Mail the check to:
