No	Sanitary sewer overflow areas connected to sanitary sewers should be directed to the sanitary district, appropriate city public works or code enforcement department.

Describe noise pollution

We only investigate noise pollution in County's unincorporated areas. Describe the following:

The noise pollution source.
The noise in detail (e.g., loud screech, whine, grind, bang, music, etc.).
The frequency in which the noise is occurring (e.g., sporadically, continuously).
The dates and times of the occurrences.
The background noise at your location (e.g., freeway, animals, truck traffic, crickets, etc.) and list anything that you believe could interfere with measuring the primary noise.
Any other information that would assist us in investigating the issue (e.g., a specific pattern of occurrence or schedules that can be replicated during a monitoring event)
